Bukky Exterior Putty can be used a repair filler or for full skim coat application.

The surfaces should be dry, clean and free from contaminates such as grease, oil, dust, which can result in poor adhesion of the paint to the surface.

New Surfaces:
Surface should be treated with Latex Sealer 1800 or Duraseal, then allow the surface to dry.
Apply one or two coats of Bukky Exterior Putty depending on the surface.

Repainting:
Cement surfaces should be cleaned with water and soap, rinse thoroughly with water to insure that the surface is free from all contaminates then let the surface to dry well, for flakes or defect painted surface use a sanding paper to release it then apply one or two coats of Bukky Exterior Putty.
