Roll – Tex is a Copolymer emulsion based texture finish, suitable for interior and exterior use. It exhibit excellent adhesion, weather and water resistance with a very special elasticity to use wherever a textured finish is required. It will also help to reduce surface imperfection with excellent filling properties available in white color easy to colored according to color shade required.

Roll-Tex suitable for interior and exterior walls and ceilings constructed from concrete, plaster, cement rendering, plasterboard. Provide very attractive Variety of texture depending on tools of application and percentage of water to dilute.

The surfaces should be dry, clean and free from contaminates such as grease, oil, dust, which can result in poor adhesion of the paint to the surface. use a suitable solvent for cleaning, old flaking paint or poorly bound surfaces must be removed completely.

New Surfaces:
Cement, plaster, gypsum board surfaces must be clean and dry. Then pretreated with one coat of a suitable diluted Sealer 1800. Then let surface to dry well.

Repainting :
Use water and soap to clean up surface, then wash with water to insure the surface is clean and dry. Then use sanding paper to release flaking material and all poorly bound surfaces, apply one dilute coat with sealer 1800.

1- For a high selection of texture finish application when thick coat is required.
2- For a superior Roll – Tex finish a thick can be applied by using steel trowel then use a special roller when a selected textured finish is required.
3- Unperfected surfaces must be pretreated with Latex Sealer1800 then apply one coat of Latex Wall Putty.
4- It can be applied by hopper spray gun for a very special design texture.
5- Roll – Tex can be applied with white and wide range of selected color. Also in order to mask surface. deformation fine cracks and similar faults for long term of protection you can use one or two coats from Si–Tone 700 or Duracril 7000 for matt finish, and in case of ability for semi – gloss finish you can use one or two coats of Sipes Bond 2000 or Duracril 6000.
