Luxury Undercoat 313 is an alkyd resin based, suitable for interior and exterior use, exhibits excellent opacity, adhesion to provide an ideal surface for undercoat.

Used as dual purpose primer and undercoat on most wood with excellent sanding properties to finish the surface with Luxury Super Enamel 900 or Gold Crown 800, suitable to all types of surface ( concrete, plaster , metal … etc ) whenever finishing with alkyd paint is required, in case of steel surface should be treated with one coat of primer anti-rust First.

The surfaces should be dry, clean and free from contaminates such as grease, oil, dust, which can result in poor adhesion of the paint to the surface. Use a suitable solvent for cleaning, old flaking paint or poorly bound surfaces must be removed completely.
New Surfaces:
Clean the surface and remove any imperfection, prime the surface with a suitable sealer, then allow surface to dry before painting.
Old Surfaces Repainting:
All surfaces should be properly sanded to remove any loose flaking materials, clean the surfaces first with soap and water followed by rinse water then allow the surface to dry before painting.
