The surfaces should be dry, clean and free from contaminates such as grease, oil, dust, which can result in poor adhesion of the paint to the surface. Use a suitable solvent for cleaning, old flaking paint or poorly bound surfaces must be removed completely.
New Surfaces:
Wood, Furniture, Walls prime with Luxury enamel undercoat 313 diluted with Sipes spirit after sanding and leveling surface with an appropriate putty, in case of steel surface should primed with one coat of First anti rust primer, then allow the surface to dry well and apply as indicated above.
Repainting Painted Surfaces:
Wipe off with crystallized soda. Allow The surface to dry.
