Ply-Tone Exterior Masonry paint is a premium quality topcoat finish based on pliolite acrylic Copolymer resin easy to use, this high quality paint system will provide a superb decoration and a maximum protection for all types exterior masonry and concrete surfaces.

Excellent lasting adhesion whatever the surface. No risk of peeling, no adhesion loss.

• Water – resistant. Safest barrier to the penetration of rain water, thus protecting wall from water damage.
• Produce a breathable paint film that allows the release of humidity and entrapped moisture thru the wall without blistering or adhesion loss.
• Resistance to mould growth.
• Resistance to dirt and smog.
• Self – cleaning, maintaining an appearance close to the original for many years.
• Alkaline resistance. Cannot be saponified.
• Resistance to efflorescence and air pollutants (CO2, CO, SO2…)
• Minimum surface preparation and easy application by brush or preferably by roller, by air – or airless spray.

• Suitable for use on exterior masonry surfaces including Concrete and Cement.
• All weather application. The film formation of masonry flat Paint is not affected by the climatic conditions, thus allowing application either at low ambient temperature or at high wall temperatures. Renovation job can be done all year round even in inclement weather.
• Exterior masonry Flat paint based on pliolite cannot be damaged by rain falling just after has been applied.

The surfaces should be dry, clean and free from contaminates such as grease, oil, dust, which can result in poor adhesion of the paint to the surface. Use a suitable solvent for cleaning, old flaking paint or poorly bound surfaces must be removed completely.
New Surfaces:
Ply – Tone is independent surface preparation prime with Ply – Seal diluted with 15 % Sipes Spirit after sanding and leveling surface with an appropriate putty ( Bukky Exterior Wall Putty ) then two coats of Ply-Tone.
Repainting Pretreatment:
Painted Surfaces, wipe off with crystallized soda and clean with fresh water, then allow surface to dry .
